AquilineSoft believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a considerate cancellation and refund policy.
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 48 hours of placing an order.
- There will be no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
- In case of cancellation, AquilineSoft will refund the amount for the project that has been paid till date after deducting charges for the work already completed.
- In case a consumer wants to suspend project development, AquilineSoft will only accept one time request written and signed by an authorized person. In addition, the delay time in such request must not exceed 30 days.
- Any project that will be delayed longer than 30 days will be considered cancelled.
